“I have suffered with a stiff and painful shoulder and after an x ray discovered that I have quite marked arthritis.

I decided to try acupuncture for pain relief and to try and get my shoulder more mobile. I attended Pavlina’s clinic for 6 one hour sessions and have enjoyed some improvement in the range of movement and in the level of pain I’ve been experiencing.
Whilst the pain hasn’t completely gone, I now have a wider range of movement before I feel any pain and the pain I do have is less intense than it was.
The acupuncture itself was painless and I found the experience quite relaxing.
